Job Position Title - Travel Counselor - International Specialist

Responsibilities:  Success candidates will be responsible for the timely and accurate servicing of all eGlobalfares clients and inquiries. This includes a heavy concentration on international travel including points of sale around the globe as well as domestic travel. The candidate must have the ability to counsel and close travel sales. This means creatively looking for viable options to fit the client’s needs and using your knowledge to creatively present best fare and routing options on their behalf. Superior customer service skills, relationship building, and multi-tasking abilities are extremely beneficial. If you are "a reservation order taker" then this challenging opportunity is not for you.

Required qualifications: 5+ years of Corporate Travel Counselor experience is preferred. Proficiency on Sabre is preferred, but Galileo or Apollo is acceptible. Knowledge in the areas of destination geography, as well as cost effective and preferred travel routes is a plus. Flexibility and dependability are expected. Excellent customer service and international travel skills are a must along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Absolutely must be a team player, desire to play on a winning team, have the ability to work well under pressure and enjoy what you do.

Work Location: West Allis, WI or will consider a virtual office arrangement after training.

Full time, 40 hours/week Mon- Fri
